Regular Business Checking

$8.00 Monthly Maintenance Fee
In addition, we offer Automated payroll for business
customers. With automated payroll, your employees can be eligible
for a BONUS checking account with direct deposit. Call one of our

MasterCardTM/VISATM
Merchant Service
Low cost and low maintenance merchant service available
through Communtiy Bankers Merchant Services, Inc. Have the added
convenience for your customers to pay you for purchases with their
charge card or debit card. Call for a referral on rate and equipment
cost. Financing available for equipment.
Direct Deposit of all recurring
Federal Payments.
You can have all recurring payments automatically
posted to your account each month or quarter.
Wire Transfers through
the Federal Reserve System
Outgoing wire transfers are available to all business
customers at a fee of $25.00. There is no charge to receive a wire
transfer through the Federal Reserve System.
Business VISATM
Card Issuance
A variety of card options are available to your business,
to suit your company's needs. Stop by or contact any of our locations to
receive an application. Or, contact your account officer for more information.
Automated Payroll
This direct deposit system eliminates the need for your payroll
department to create checks, and the potential loss of the check requiring costly
and time-consuming stop payment and reissuance. Contact your account officer for
more information.
Internet Cash Management
This service allows your company access to your accounts
online to create credit or debit ACH transactions. For further details,
contact your account officer.
Lock Box Processing
This fully-automated system speeds availability of funds to your
deposit accounts. It eliminates the need for you or a member of your staff to process
a daily deposit and visit our bank to make that deposit. Report output to inform your accounts receivable department of checks received is tailored to your business needs. Contact your account officer for more information.

Your business will be assigned an account officer
who will work with you to understand your business needs and recommend
the best possible lending solution to meet those needs.
We offer competitive rates, terms, personalized
service and quick decisions to your loan requests.
To process most loan requests, we need the following
information:
- Loan amount, loan purpose, term requested, collateral
offered and guarantors offered
- 2-3 paragraph business history
- Last three years' business statements and tax
returns
- Interim financial statement (not more than 90
days old)
- Accounts receivable aging (if applicable)
- Equipment listing (if applicable)
- Two-year financial projections
- Personal financial statement on all business
owners who have 20% or greater ownership
